Randy Garcia is the founder and Senior Pastor of Fortress Church. He hosts a daily radio program, "Rising Higher." He also serves as one of the hosts for "Praise the Lord - San Antonio" which airs on KCHE TV 23 (Cable 22). He serves on the ministry board for Teen Challenge of Texas, Women's Prayer International, and San Antonio Association of Churches. He was born and raised in San Antonio. He has three children, Randy, Matthew and Shalyse.
